      骨关节炎作为一种退行性骨关节疾病,临床表现为关节疼痛及不同程度的功能障碍。研究表明,骨关节炎的产生多与软骨细胞外基质的过度降解有关。基质金属等蛋白酶的表达对软骨细胞外基质的降解具有促进作用,炎症因子的过度产生可促进蛋白酶的表达及细胞外基质的降解。中药通过干预蛋白酶的表达及抑制炎症因子的产生,对软骨细胞外基质的降解具有抑制作用,进而干预骨关节炎进展。因此,中药运用于临床,一方面可减少现代药物的毒副作用,另一方面由于中药的副作用小等优势也成为独特的治疗优势。该文通过中药干预软骨细胞外基质降解研究现状进行总结,旨在为中药干预骨关节炎提供参考依据,也为中药运用于临床,在治疗骨关节炎方面发挥独特的优势。

      Osteoarthritis as a degenerative joint disease, manifested by joint pain and varying degrees of dysfunction. Studies have shown that the occurrence of osteoarthritis is mostly related to the excessive degradation of cartilage extracellular matrix. The expression of matrix metal proteases promotes the degradation of cartilage extracellular matrix. Excessive production of inflammatory factors promotes the expression of proteases and extracellular matrix degradation. Traditional Chinese medicine has an inhibitory effect on the degradation of cartilage extracellular matrix by interfering with the expression of proteases and by inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors, thereby interfering with the progression of osteoarthritis. Therefore, the application of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice may reduce the toxic and side effects of modern drugs on the one hand, and on the other hand, it has become a unique therapeutic advantage due to the advantages of minor side effect of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper summarizes the research status of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in cartilage extracellular matrix degradation, aiming to provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine intervention in osteoarthritis, and also playing an unique advantage in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
