| 中医“肾主骨”理论认为在肾、髓、骨之间存在密切的生理病理联系，但其科学内涵尚未完全明确，历代医家也并未对“髓变先于骨变”的肾-髓-骨整体调节机制做出系统的阐释。近年来，随着中医基础理论创新性地进一步诠释和分子生物学的蓬勃发展，有望将这两种理论结合从而突破知识壁垒，将传统中医学中“肾-髓-骨”的调节理论与人机体内分泌系统、免疫系统相结合。因此本文从中医“肾主骨”的理论指导出发，旨在阐述“髓变先于骨变”的理论依据，对肾、髓、骨三者相互作用功能及潜在能力全面阐释，构建肾-髓-骨整体调节机制。为中医药治疗肾、髓、骨的相关疾病提供系统理论依据和辨证思路，对未来整体辨证防治相关疾病具有重要意义。 |

| The theory of “kidney governs bone” in traditional Chinese medicine believes that there is a close physiological and pathological relationship between kidney, marrow and bone, but its scientific connotation is not completely clear, and the doctors of previous dynasties have not made a systematic explanation of the overall regulation mechanism of kidney-marrow-bone that “marrow change precedes bone change”. In recent years, with the innovative further interpretation of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and the vigorous development of molecular biology, we are expected to combine the two theories to break through knowledge barriers and combine the regulatory theory of "kidney marrow bone" in traditional Chinese medicine with the endocrine system and immune system of the human body. Therefore, starting from the theoretical guidance of “kidney governs bone” in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper aims to elaborate the theoretical basis of “marrow change precedes bone change”, comprehensively explain the interaction function and potential ability of kidney, marrow and bone, and construct the overall regulatory mechanism of “kidney-marrow-bone”. To provide systematic theoretical basis and dialectical thinking for the treatment of kidney, marrow and bone related diseases with traditional Chinese medicine. It is of great significance to the overall prevention and treatment of related diseases based on syndrome differentiation in the future. |
