      近年来骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的患病率在不断增加,已经逐渐成为中国的重大公共卫生问题。由骨质疏松症引发的椎体骨折、髋部骨折、腕部骨折等导致的慢性疼痛、活动受限、长期卧床、身体畸形,已严重影响患者的生活质量。本文意在通过总结长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)调控的骨代谢相关因子对骨质疏松症的影响,为骨质疏松症的诊治和预防提供一种新的思路。已有一部分的研究证明lncRNA能够通过各种信号通路参与骨代谢,但目前关于lncRNA可调控的相关因子的研究还不够全面,其具体的作用机制、功能还有待进一步探索,将其作为靶向治疗应用于临床也具有很大的挑战。

      The prevalence of osteoporosis (OP) has been continuously increasing in recent years and has gradually become a major public health problem in China. Chronic pain, limited mobility, prolonged bed rest and physical deformity caused by vertebral fractures, hip fractures and wrist fractures caused by osteoporosis have seriously affected the quality of life of patients. This paper intends to provide a new idea for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of osteoporosis by summarizing the effects of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)-regulated bone metabolism-related factors on osteoporosis. Some studies have demonstrated that lncRNAs can participate in bone metabolism through various signaling pathways, but the current research on lncRNA-regulated factors is not comprehensive enough, and their specific mechanisms of action and functions need to be further explored, and their application as targeted therapies in clinical settings is also challenging.
