骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)作为一种老年性骨代谢疾病,关于其治疗的研究在不断更新。近年来,circRNA被发现参与了OP发病的过程,大量实验证明circRNA对骨代谢有一定的促进或抑制作用,许多ceRNA网络被证实对OP进展起到积极作用,越来越多的证据表明circRNA或许可以作为OP治疗的新靶点。目前,OP发病机制尚未完全明确。因此,本文以circRNA在骨代谢过程中的调控作用为切入点,阐述OP发病机制,增加对OP发病的认识,为临床多途径、多靶点、多手段开展新的治疗方法及研发新药提供思路。 |

Osteoporosis (OP) as an elderly bone metabolic disease, the researches on its treatment is constantly updated. In recent years, CircRNA has been found to be involved in the pathogenesis of OP, anda large number of experiments have proved that cirRNA can promote or inhibit bone metabolism to some extent. Many Cerna networks have been shown to play a positive role in the evolution of OP, there is increasing evidence that cirRNA may be a new target for the treatment of OP. At present, the pathogenesis of OP has not been fully elucidated. In this paper, the role of circoRNA in the regulation of bone metabolism is taken as the starting point to explain the pathogenesis of OP. To increase the understanding of the pathogenesis of OP, for clinical multi-way, multi-target, multi-means to develop new treatment methods and provide ideas for the development of new drugs. |
