      Caveolin-1(Cav1)是小窝(Caveolae)的结构蛋白组成部分,是多种信号分子中的主要调控因子,参与包括信号转导、胞吞作用、胆固醇分布和细胞迁移等在内的多种细胞过程,是多种疾病预防和治疗的候选靶点。随着研究的深入,Cav1在维持骨代谢平衡中的作用也被发现。本文综述了Cav1的基因结构和蛋白结构,分别从间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)成骨、成脂分化和造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)破骨分化方向总结了Cav1对骨代谢的调控机制。

      Caveolin-1(Cav1) is a structural protein component of the Caveolae and a major regulator of a variety of signaling molecules involved in a variety of cellular processes including signal transduction, endocytosis, cholesterol distribution and cell migration, and is a candidate target for the prevention and treatment of many diseases. With further research, the role of Cav1 in maintaining bone metabolic balance was also discovered. In this paper, the gene structure and protein structure of Cav1 were reviewed, and the regulatory mechanism of Cav1 on bone metabolism was respectively summarized from osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) and osteoclastic differentiation of Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs).
