成骨细胞相关非编码RNA 介导的表观遗传学在骨质 疏松症中的研究进展
Epigenetic modification in osteoporosis (OP) is a mechanism for genetic and environmental factors to influence theassociation between osteoporosis and increased fracture risk. miRNA (microRNA), long non⁃coding RNA (lncRNA) and circRNA(circRNA) have been shown to be epigenetic regulators, and participate in the control of gene expression, affecting a variety of biologicalprocesses, including bone metabolism and bone formation, and are important targets for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Therefore, this paper reviews studies on the mechanism of osteoporosis mediated by miRNA, circRNA and lncRNA in osteoblasts, aimingto provide new research targets and diagnosis and treatment ideas for osteoporosis caused by abnormal function of osteoblasts.

      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)中的表观遗传修饰是遗传和环境因素影响骨质疏松症和骨折风险增加之间的关联机制 的体现。miRNA(microRNA)、长非编码RNA(lncRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)已被证明是表观遗传调节剂,并且参与基因表达 的控制,影响多种生物过程,包括骨代谢、骨形成等,是预防和治疗骨质疏松的重要靶标。因此,本文综述了关于miRNA、 circRNA 和lncRNA 介导成骨细胞的骨质疏松症机制的研究,旨在为成骨细胞功能异常所造成的骨质疏松症提供新的研究靶 点和诊疗思路。
