| 骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）的成骨分化与成脂分化不平衡是导致骨质疏松症（OP）的主要原因之一，故在治疗OP方面，调控BMSCs的增殖、分化已成为重要手段。大量研究显示中药及其复方可以通过调节相关基因及通路的表达诱导BMSCs增殖、迁移及成骨分化，从而达到防治骨质疏松症的目的。并且近年来，中医药在防治OP方面的优势不断扩大。故本文结合中药及其复方调控BMSCs成骨分化防治OP的医学研究，为中医药防治OP提供相关依据。 |

| The imbalance between osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) is one of the main causes of osteoporosis (OP), Therefore, in the treatment of OP, regulating the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs has become an important means. A large number of studies have shown that TCM and its compounds can prevent and treat osteoporosis by regulating the expression of related genes and pathways to induce the proliferation, migration and osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. In recent years, the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of OP continue to expand. Therefore, this article combines medical research on the regulation of osteogenic differentiation and prevention of OP in BMSCs by traditional Chinese medicine and its compounds, providing relevant basis for the prevention and treatment of OP with traditional Chinese medicine. |
