姜黄素防治骨质疏松症的分子机制研究进展

姜黄素治疗骨质疏松的研究近年越来越多，主要通过Wnt/β-catenin、TGFβ1/Smad2/3、GSK3β/Nrf2、OPG/RANKL/RANK、Akt/GSK3β和NF-κB等6个信号通路以及 EZH2、FOXO3a、MMP-9、CCL3、IGF-1和IGFBP-1等特殊蛋白、酶来促进成骨或抑制破骨，从而改善骨质疏松症状。研究发现姜黄素对于多种类型骨质疏松均有疗效，有望成为预防和治疗原发性和继发性骨质疏松的潜在药物。本文就近年报道关于姜黄素防治骨质疏松症的分子作用机制作一综述，以期为姜黄素的临床应用推广提供参考。

英文摘要:

Curcumin has been widely studied in the treatment of osteoporosis in recent years. It can promote osteogenesis or inhibit osteoclast through six signal pathways, including Wnt/β-catenin, TGFβ1/Smad2/3, GSK3β/Nrf2, OPG/RANKL/RANK, Akt/GSK3β and NF-κB, and special proteins and enzymes, such as EZH2, FOXO3a, MMP-9, CCL3, IGF-1 and IGFBP-1, so as to improve the symptoms of osteoporosis. Curcumin has been found to be effective in many types of osteoporosis and is expected to be a potential drug for the prevention and treatment of primary and secondary osteoporosis.in this article, we review that molecular mechanism of curcumin in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis reported in recent year, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of curcumin.
