The incidence of chronic bone metabolic abnormalities such as osteoporosis ( OP ) is increasing, which seriously affects people 's health. In recent years, more and more studies have been conducted on it, and how to treat bone metabolic abnormalities has become the most important issue. Adipocytokines such as visfatin, omentin-1, chemerin, lipocalin 2 ( LCN2 ), Vaspin, retinol binding protein-4 ( RBP-4 ), Nesfatin-1, Apelin and adiponectin ( APN ) produced by human adipose tissue can regulate bone metabolism and protect bone homeostasis by promoting osteoblast-mediated bone formation and inhibiting osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. This article reviews the mechanism of adipokines in the intervention of abnormal bone metabolism, so as to provide new ideas and basis for finding new targets for the subsequent clinical treatment of abnormal bone metabolism. |
