细胞铁死亡表型在骨代谢疾病发展过程中发挥重要作用。作为一种程序性细胞死亡方式,铁死亡主要归因于细胞内的脂质过氧化、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4抗氧化系统失调以及铁代谢异常,参与多种疾病的发生和发展。笔者总结了铁死亡的发生机制,并从骨细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞等骨代谢效应细胞角度,分述骨代谢稳态失衡状态下铁死亡表型的作用机制进展、提出未来研究展望,以期为后续进一步研究骨代谢疾病发生发展机制与治疗策略选择奠定工作基础。 |

Cellular ferroptosis phenotype plays an important role in the development of bone metabolic diseases. Ferroptosis as a programmed form of cell death is mainly attributed to intracellular lipid peroxidation, dysregulation of the glutathione peroxidase 4 antioxidant system, and abnormal iron metabolism. It is involved in the development and progression of multiple diseases. In this paper, we summarize the mechanisms of ferroptosis and discuss the role of ferroptosis phenotype in the imbalance of bone metabolic homeostasis from the perspective of bone metabolic effector cells, such as osteoblasts, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts, in order to lay the foundation for further research on the developmental mechanisms of bone metabolic diseases. |
