      骨质疏松症是严重威胁人类健康的常见代谢性疾病之一,研究表明,肠道菌群与骨质疏松可能通过肠道微生物代谢、免疫反应、骨代谢等方面产生联系。因此,肠道菌群在骨质疏松治疗中可能存在的靶向性已经成为目前骨质疏松研究的重点及热点。在传统医学理论中,“肾主骨生髓,脾主运化,肠主分清泌浊”,已经为骨质疏松症与消化菌群之间的关系通过“脾-肾”理论联系起来,目前虽有部分研究提出“肠-骨”轴理论,但其运行机制尚缺乏理论及实验基础。因此,该文从传统医学理论与实践角度出发,通过“脾肾相济”理论,对“肠-骨”轴进行阐释,指出补肾健脾中医药相关疗法、肠道菌群相关微生物制剂、肠道菌群调控技术等肠道微生物相关疗法可能作为未来防治骨质疏松的重要研究方向。

      Osteoporosis is one of the common metabolic diseases that seriously threatens human health. Research shows that intestinal flora and osteoporosis may be linked through intestinal microbial metabolism, immune response, bone metabolism and other aspects. Therefore, the possible targeting of intestinal microflora in the treatment of osteoporosis has become the focus of current osteoporosis research. In the traditional medical theory, kidney governs bone and marrow, spleen governs transport and digestion, and intestine governs secretion and turbidity. This has been linked to the relationship between osteoporosis and digestive flora through the spleen- kidney theory. At present, although some studies have proposed the gut-bone axis theory, its operating mechanism still lacks theoretical and experimental basis. Therefore, this paper explains the gut-bone axis through the spleen-kidney theory and the theoretical and practical support of traditional medicine. It is pointed out that the treatment related to intestinal microorganisms, the treatment related to traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen, the preparation related to intestinal microflora, and the control technology of intestinal microflora, may be the important research direction for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the future.
