      骨质疏松症是一种与年龄相关的骨代谢疾病,其特征是骨矿物质密度降低和骨强度受损。铜死亡是由线粒体FSP1介导的蛋白脂酰化调节的一种新型细胞死亡。研究表明铜死亡参与骨质疏松症的发展,骨中的缺氧环境和糖酵解在细胞中提供能量代谢途径可以抑制铜死亡,笔者从铜死亡对骨质疏松症的作用机制进行综述,探究铜死亡在骨质疏松症中的研究进展。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis is an age-related disease of bone metabolism characterized by decreased bone mineral density and impaired bone strength. Cuproptosis is a novel type of cell death regulated by mitochondrial FSP1-mediated proteolipid acylation. Studies have shown that cuproptosis is involved in the development of osteoporosis. The hypoxia environment in bone and glycolysis provide energy metabolism pathways in cells that inhibits cuproptosis. This article reviews the mechanism of cuproptosis in osteoporosis, and explores the research progress of cuproptosis in osteoporosis.
