      目的 综述接骨木治疗骨质疏松症的活性成分及作用机制的研究进展,为其进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。方法 利用中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science和PubMed数据库,对1992年至2022年发表的有关接骨木治疗骨质疏松症的国内外文献进行检索阅读并归纳总结。结果 接骨木中多种化学成分具有抗骨质疏松作用,主要为木脂素类化合物。研究发现接骨木活性成分具有调节成骨细胞和破骨细胞的形成和分化,调控ERK MAPK信号传导通路,参与氨基酸及脂质代谢和抑制骨质疏松发生的作用。结论 接骨木在治疗骨质疏松症方面潜力巨大,值得进一步研究。

      Objective To summarize the research progress of active components and mechanism of Sambucus williamsii Hance in treating osteoporosis, and provide reference for its further research, development and utilization. Methods Using CNKI, wanfang data, VIP, Web of Science and PubMed databases, the domestic and foreign literatures published from 1992 to 2022 about Sambucus williamsii Hance in treating osteoporosis were searched, read and summarized. Results Many chemical components in Sambucus williamsii have anti-osteoporosis effects, mainly lignans. It was found that the active components of Sambucus williamsii can regulate the formation and differentiation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, regulate ERK MAPK signal transduction pathway, participate in amino acid and lipid metabolism and inhibit osteoporosis. Conclusion Sambucus williamsii Hance has great potential in the treatment of osteoporosis, which is worthy of further study.
