| 目的 分析共病对老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者衰弱的影响因素，为改善骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者生活质量提供参考。方法 采用倾向性评分匹配法评估共病与非共病老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者，采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析研究共病对老年人骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者衰弱状况的影响。结果 老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者共病患病率为46.4%，衰弱发生率为42.1%。Logistic回归分析结果显示，共病是老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者衰弱发生的危险因素（OR=18.373，P＜0.001）；此外，性别、职业、日常活动能力、营养风险、高血压也是老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者发生衰弱的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 与非共病老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者相比，共病老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者出现衰弱的风险更高，应重视对老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折共病患者生活质量的管理。 |

| Objective To analyze the effects of comorbidity on the frailty of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures, and to provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Methods Propensity score matching method was used to evaluate comorbidity and non-comorbidity in senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the effects of comorbidity on the frailty of senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Results The prevalence of comorbidity and frailty in senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures was 46.4% and 42.1%, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that comorbidity was a risk factor for frailty in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures (OR=18.373, P<0.001). In addition, gender, occupation, daily activity ability, nutritional risk, and hypertension were also influential factors for frailty in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with those with non-comorbidity, patients with comorbidity of senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures have a higher risk of frailty. The quality of life management of senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures should be paid attention to. |
