| 随着社会人口老龄化程度的不断加剧，骨质疏松症所带来的危害日益得到人们的重视。由于机体氧化应激导致的炎症水平升高以及进一步诱导的铁死亡是引起骨质疏松症的关键危险因素。核因子E2 相关因子 2（Nrf2）作为主要调节氧化应激的关键因子，能够通过调节炎症、自噬以及铁死亡等多方面而构成一个调控网络，与骨质疏松症密切相关。目前已有大量研究证实中医药能够通过Nrf2调控网络发挥抗氧化、抗炎等多种作用，在治疗骨质疏松症方面效果明显。本文通过总结Nrf2调控网络与骨质疏松症的相关性以及中医药干预的研究成果，为今后中医药精准防治骨质疏松症提供新的方向。 |

| With the increasing aging of society and population, people pay more and more attention to the harm caused by osteoporosis. Increased inflammation caused by oxidative stress and further induced ferroptosis are key risk factors for osteoporosis. Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), as a key factor mainly regulating oxidative stress, can also regulate inflammation. Autophagy and ferroptosis constitute a regulatory network and are closely related to osteoporosis. At present, a large number of studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine exerts various functions such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory through Nrf2 regulatory network, and has obvious effects in the treatment of osteoporosis.By summarizing the correlation between Nrf2 regulatory network and osteoporosis and the research results of TCM intervention, this paper provides a new direction for the accurate prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by TCM in the future. |
