      肠道菌群及其代谢产物已经被证明在维持机体正常生理及病理的过程中发挥了重要作用。氧化三甲胺是肠道菌群的主要代谢产物之一,其在心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压及慢性肾病等疾病的发展过程中扮演了重要角色,最新研究结果表明氧化三甲胺和骨质疏松症有直接关联,氧化三甲胺主要从氧化应激、NF-κB信号通路、NLRP3炎症小体、骨髓间充质干细胞等方面来介导促进骨质疏松,该发现使“肠-骨”轴理论的内容得到了补充与丰富。本文就氧化三甲胺介导骨质疏松作用机制的研究进展做一综述,探究氧化三甲胺作为骨质疏松症治疗靶点和生物标志物的可能性。

      Intestinal flora and its metabolites have been shown in maintaining the body's normal physiological and pathological process played an important role.Trimethylamine-N-oxide is one of the main metabolites of intestinal flora, the cardiovascular diseases, diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and chronic kidney disease (CKD) plays an important role in the development of recent experiments prove trimethylamine-N-oxide and osteoporosis have direct connection, the study found that trimethylamine-N-oxide from oxidative stress, the NF-κB signaling pathways, NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscle, mediated between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, etc, to promote osteoporosis, the finding that "Gut-Bone" theory of shaft is the content of the supplement and rich.This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of trimethylamine-N-oxide mediated osteoporosis, and explores the possibility of trimethylamine-N-oxide as a therapeutic target and biomarker for osteoporosis.
