| 目的 采用双样本双向孟德尔随机化（MR）探究免疫性疾病：炎症性肠炎（IBD）、银屑病（PsO）、类风湿性关节炎（RA）、多发性硬节（MS）和系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）与骨质疏松症（OP）之间的因果关联，为免疫性疾病与OP发病风险关联提供遗传学证据支持。方法 采用MR-Egger回归、加权中位数、随机效应逆方差加权法（IVW）、加权模型和简单模型5种回归模型对5种免疫性疾病与骨质疏松症之间的因果关联进行孟德尔随机化分析。结果 在主要分析中，IVW估计表明IBD和RA是OP的危险因素；没有发现PsO、MS和SLE与OP发病直接相关的证据。结论 IBD和RA在OP的发生存在因果关联，可能会增加OP的发病风险。 |

| Objective To investigate the causal relationship between immune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), psoriasis (PsO), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), multiple sclerosis (MS), and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and osteoporosis (OP) using dual sample bidirectional Mendelian randomization (MR), and to provide genetic evidence to support the association between immune diseases and the risk of OP. Methods MR Egger regression, weighted median, random effects inverse variance weighting (IVW), weighted model, and simple model were used to conduct Mendelian randomization analysis on the causal relationship between 5 immune diseases and osteoporosis. Results In the principal analysis, IVW estimation indicated that IBD and RA were risk factors for OP. No evidence was found that PsO, MS, and SLE were directly related to the onset of OP. Conclusion There is a causal relationship between IBD and RA in the occurrence of OP, which may increase the risk of OP. |
