      成骨细胞是促进骨骼生成并维持骨强度的主要细胞类型,其功能异常可以直接导致骨强度下降。程序性死亡是细胞代谢的终末事件之一,目前共有五种常见的细胞程序性死亡:凋亡、自噬、铁死亡、焦亡和坏死性凋亡,它们彼此间既协作又拮抗,在细胞代谢的不同阶段响应不同刺激发挥影响,是细胞正常行使职能的前提。成骨细胞的程序性死亡对骨生成及骨稳态的维持至关重要,因此调节成骨细胞的程序性死亡有望对骨质疏松起到直接治疗作用。本文拟对骨质疏松中成骨细胞程序性死亡的作用及串扰关联进行综述,以期为调控成骨细胞死亡从而缓解骨质疏松的研究提供新的思路与参考。

      Osteoblasts are the primary cell types that encourage bone growth and maintain bone strength, and their aberrant function can directly result in the reduction of bone strength. A final event of cell metabolism is programmed cell death. Apoptosis, Autophagy, Ferroptosis, Pyroptosis, and Necroptosis are the five most prevalent forms of programmed cell death currently recognized. They exert their impact in various phases of cell metabolism in response to various stimuli, which is a requirement for the normal function of cells. They both cooperate and compete with one another. Osteogenesis and bone homeostasis could be kept in check through osteoblasts' programmed death. Therefore, it stands to reason that controlling osteoblasts' programmed death will directly affect how osteoporosis is treated. However, the crosstalk association with programmed osteoblast death is unclear. This article aims to review the role of osteoblast programmed death and its crosstalk association in osteoporosis, in order to provide new ideas and references for the study of regulating osteoblast death and alleviating osteoporosis.
