      铁死亡是由脂质过氧化物和活性氧的积累直接介导的一种新型细胞死亡形式。越来越多的证据表明,铁死亡在骨关节炎(OA)、脊髓损伤(SCI)、骨质疏松症(OP)和骨肉瘤(OS)等骨科疾病中起着重要作用。铁死亡在细胞功能、信号通路、药物抑制和基因沉默等方面为骨科疾病治疗提供新的靶点和途径。因此,本文就铁死亡在骨科疾病的最新应用进展进行探讨,为骨科常见疾病进一步的临床研究和治疗提供新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Ferroptosis is a novel form of cell death directly mediated by the accumulation of lipid peroxides and reactive oxygen species. Increasing evidence suggests that ferroptosis plays an important role in orthopedic diseases such as osteoarthritis (OA), spinal cord injury (SCI), osteoporosis (OP), and osteosarcoma (OS). Ferroptosis provides new targets and approaches for the treatment of orthopedic diseases in cell function, signaling pathways, drug inhibition, and gene silencing. Therefore, this article discusses the latest application progress of ferroptosis in orthopedic diseases, and provides new ideas for further clinical research and treatment of common orthopedic diseases.
