| 骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis，OP)是一种因骨量减低、骨组织微结构遭到损坏，导致骨脆性增加而易发生骨折为特征的一种代谢性疾病。近年来研究发现睡眠剥夺会在激素水平影响OP进展，特别是生长激素、性激素、甲状腺激素在睡眠剥夺下的变化尤为明显。故本文就睡眠剥夺下生长激素、性激素、甲状腺激素水平的变化与OP的相关性进行综述，进一步明确“睡眠剥夺-激素水平-骨质疏松症”三者关系，以期就睡眠角度为临床防治OP提供理论依据。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a kind of metabolic disease characterized by reduced bone mass and damaged bone microstructure, which leads to increased bone brittleness and easy fracture. Recent studies have found that sleep deprivation affects the progression of OP in terms of hormone levels. Especially, the changes of growth hormone, sex hormone, and thyroid hormone are particularly obvious under sleep deprivation. Therefore, this paper summarizes the correlation between the changes of growth hormone, sex hormone, and thyroid hormone levels and OP under sleep deprivation, and further defines the relationship among sleep deprivation-hormone levels-osteoporosis, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of OP from the perspective of sleep. |
