      目的 使用R语言分析中医药治疗骨质疏松症的组方规律,为临床应用中药治疗骨质疏松症提供参考。方法 检索中国知网专利数据库(CNKI)中关于中医药治疗骨质疏松症的相关专利,筛选后导入Microsoft Excel中进行规范并建立数据库。采用R语言对复方中药的性味归经及频次、相关性、关联规则、聚类、主成分进行整体和分层次研究分析,在聚类分析中采用HC算法和AP算法两种方式进行验证解读。结果 本研究共纳入文献202项专利,共包含202个方药,共得到678味中药。其中使用频次最高的为熟地黄,使用频次>20次的中药多属于补虚药及活血化瘀药,药性主要为温,药味主要为甘,归经多为肾经。相关性分析结果中相关度较高的为熟地黄-山药、熟地黄-菟丝子、熟地黄-枸杞子、淫羊藿-骨碎补、狗脊-骨碎补。关联性分析形成了以熟地黄、杜仲、枸杞子、菟丝子、茯苓为基础核心药物的组方,支持度较高的固定配伍为山药-山茱萸-熟地黄;置信度较高的为党参-杜仲-熟地黄、山茱萸-菟丝子-熟地黄、当归-山茱萸-熟地黄等。聚类分析中两种算法算出的结果为5、6组;主成分分析筛选出了7个主成分,包含19种成分药物。整体上相关性分析、关联性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析药物组合功效均为补虚类佐以活血化瘀类、利水渗湿类、平肝熄风类及收涩类。结论 骨质疏松症的发生发展中存在“虚、瘀、湿”的病机特点,在临床中应基于“虚、瘀、湿”病机组方进行治疗。治疗中应着重把握以虚为要,以瘀、湿为次,用药时以补虚类中药为核心,佐以活血化瘀类、利水渗湿类、平肝熄风类及收涩类。

      Objective Based on R language, this paper analyzes the prescription law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis, so as to provide reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Search the patents related to the treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI), import them into Microsoft Excel for standardization and establish a database.R language was used to conduct overall and hierarchical research and Analysis on the meridian and frequency, correlation, association rules, clustering and principal components of compound traditional Chinese medicine. HC algorithm and AP algorithm were used for verification and interpretation in cluster analysis. Results A total of 202 patents were included in this study, including 202 prescriptions, and 678 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained. Among them, shudihuang is the most frequently used, and the traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than 20 times mostly belongs to bu-xu drugs and huo-xue-hua-yu drugs. The drug property is mainly wen, the drug taste is mainly gan, and the meridians are mostly shen-jing. Among the results of correlation analysis, the ones with high correlation were shudihuang-shanyao, shudihuang-tusizi, shudihuang-gouqizi, yinyanghuo-gusuibu, gouji-gusuibu. Correlation analysis formed a prescription based on shudihuang, duzhong, gouqizi, tusizi, and fuling, and the fixed compatibility with high support was shanyao-shanzhuyu-shudihuang; Those with high confidence are dangshen-duzhong, shanzhuyu-tusizi-shudihuang, danggui-shanzhuyu-shudihuang, etc. The results calculated by the two algorithms in cluster analysis are 5 and 6 groups; Seven principal components were screened by principal component analysis, including 19 kinds of drugs. On the whole, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis, the efficacy of drug combination is buxu, supplemented by huoxuehuayu, lishuishenshi, pingganxifeng and shouse.Conclusion The pathogenesis of osteoporosis is characterized by "xu, yu, shi", which should be treated based on the pathogenesis of "xu, yu, shi". In the treatment, we should focus on xu, yu and shi as the second, take buxu traditional Chinese medicine as the core, supplemented by huoxuehuayu, lishuishenshi, pingganxifeng and shouse.
