| 目的 探讨南阳汉回族老年人全身及局部肌肉量分布规律，积累肌少症人口学资料。方法 采用生物电阻抗法测量南阳地区60岁以上人群的全身及局部肌肉量，并进行统计学分析。结果 南阳地区老年男性全身肌肉量及局部肌肉量随年龄的增长而减小，尤其是80岁以上组。肌肉量增龄性减少主要表现在躯干。男性全身与局部肌肉量均大于女性；右上肢肌肉量均大于左上肢。城市男性的右上肢和女性的右上肢及双下肢肌肉量高于乡村。回族全身肌肉量和双上肢肌肉量高于汉族。肌少症的出现率男性为24.86 %，女性为20.00 %，乡村高于城市。结论 南阳地区老年人身体的全身及局部肌肉量存在较大的左右差异、性别差异和年龄差异。肌少症的出现率整体处于偏高平水，尤其是80岁以上组以及乡村组，应加强健康评估与相关疾病的防治。 |

| Objective To explore the distribution of systemic and local muscle mass in Han and Hui elderly people in Nanyang, and to accumulate demographic data of sarcopenia. Methods The whole body and local muscle mass of people over 60-year old in Nanyang was measured by bioelectrical impedance method, and statistically processed. Results Thetotal body muscle mass and local muscle mass of elderly male in Nanyang area decreased with age, especially in the group over 80 years old. The aging decrease of muscle mass was mainly manifested in the trunk. The total and local muscle mass of male was greater than that of female, The muscle mass of the right upper limb was greater than that of the left upper limb. The muscle mass of right upper limb and both lower limbs in urban men and women were higher than that in rural areas. The total body muscle mass and upper limb muscle mass of Hui nationality were higher than those of Han nationality. The incidence of sarcopenia was 24.86% in males and 20.00% in females, which was higher in rural areas than in urban areas. Conclusion There are big differences in the body and local muscle mass of the elderly in Nanyang, gender differences and age differences. The occurrence rate of sarcopenia is relatively high, especially in the group over 80 years old and the rural group. Health assessment and prevention of related diseases should be strengthened. |
