| 肌少症与吞咽障碍是老年群体常见的病理状况。老年肌少症患者往往出现与吞咽相关肌群的质量和力量下降而导致吞咽障碍。营养物质因吞咽功能下降而吸收减少，进一步加剧营养不良和肌肉分解，加速肌少症的过程，这两者之间为因果循环。现已成为老年群体主要健康问题之一。但现国内对该领域关注有限，具体的病理生理机制还尚未明确，两者间的相关性需进一步研究。因此，本文对老年肌少症与吞咽障碍的相关性进行综述，以期提高医护人员对两者相关性之间的认识，为相关研究提供参考。 |

| Sarcopenia and dysphagia are common pathological conditions in the elderly. Older patients with sarcopenia often experience a decrease in the quality and strength of the muscle groups associated with swallowing, resulting in dysphagia. Decreased absorption of nutrients due to decreased swallowing further exacerbates malnutrition and muscle breakdown, accelerates the process of sarcopenia, and causes the causal cycle between the two. It has become one of the main health problems of the elderly group. However, there is limited attention to this field in China. The specific pathogenesis mechanism has not yet been clarified. The correlation between the two needs to be further studied. Therefore, this article reviews the correlation between senile sarcopenia and dysphagia, in order to improve the understanding of the correlation between the two among medical professionals and to provide reference for related research. |
