Chemerin是一种新发现的脂肪因子,可与高亲和力受体ChemR23结合,广泛参与多种生理过程的调节。研究证实,Chemerin/ChemR23信号传导通路与骨代谢调控高度相关。主要通过调控MAPK、PI3K/Akt、Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB等关键信号通路及调节睾酮合成,影响骨代谢。本文综述Chemerin/ChemR23信号通路在骨代谢调控中的研究进展以及与骨质疏松的相关研究,以提高临床对Chemerin/ChemR23信号通路与骨代谢疾病相关性的认识。 |

Chemerin is a newly discovered adipokine that binds to its high-affinity receptor ChemR23 and participates extensively in the regulation of various physiological processes. Studies have confirmed that the Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway is highly relevant to bone metabolism regulation. It mainly regulates bone metabolism by modulating key signaling pathways including MAPK, PI3K/Akt, Wnt/β-catenin, NF-kB, and regulating testosterone synthesis. This article reviews the research progress on the Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway in bone metabolism regulation and its correlation with osteoporosis, to improve the clinical understanding of the relevance between Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway and bone metabolic diseases. |
