      骨质疏松症作为一种广泛存在的骨骼系统疾病,其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。研究表明,ATP诱导的细胞死亡与成骨细胞、破骨细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞之间存在着密切的关系,其通过多个途径影响骨吸收、骨形成和骨代谢涉及骨组织的动态平衡和骨质疏松症的发病机制,进而参与骨质疏松症的病理过程。本文综述了ATP诱导细胞死亡的分子机制,深入探讨了ATP在骨质疏松症中的作用机制,旨在为骨质疏松症提供新的研究靶点和诊疗思路。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis, as a widespread skeletal system disease, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Studies have shown that there is a close relationship between ATP-induced cell death and osteoblasts, osteoclasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. ATP-induced cell death affects bone resorption, bone formation, and bone metabolism through multiple ways, involving the homeostasis of bone tissue and the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, and then participates in the pathological process of osteoporosis. In this paper, the molecular mechanism of ATP-induced cell death is reviewed, and the action mechanism of ATP in osteoporosis is deeply discussed, aiming to provide new research targets and diagnosis and treatment ideas for osteoporosis.
