      骨缺损治疗一直是困扰骨科的一大难题,由于骨的再生能力有限,大面积的骨缺损常无法自行愈合。淫羊藿苷(icariin,ICA)在骨形成方面的效果明显,淫羊藿含有的ICA是一种黄酮类化合物和活性化合物,具有促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收的双重活性,并且可以通过多种生物材料进行局部递送,促进骨缺损修复,展现出良好的的骨诱导潜力。研究发现,ICA主要通过促进骨形成、软骨形成、血管生成、抑制骨吸收和抗炎作用修复骨缺损。本文就ICA修复骨缺损及其作用机制加以概述,以期为后续研究提供一定参考。
英文摘要:
      The treatment of bone defects has always been a major problem in orthopedics. Due to the limited regenerative capacity of bone, large-scale bone defects often cannot be healed by themselves. Icariin (ICA) has an obvious effect on bone formation. ICA contained in Icariin is a flavonoid compound and an active compound, which has dual activities of promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone absorption. Icariin can also be delivered locally through a variety of biological materials to promote bone defect repair, showing a good bone induction potential. It has been found that ICA mainly repairs bone defects by promoting bone formation, cartilage formation, angiogenesis, and by inhibiting bone resorption and anti-inflammatory effects. In this paper, ICA repair of bone defect and its mechanism of action are summarized in order to provide some reference for the follow-up research.
