随着全球人口老龄化的进展,骨关节炎的发病率也逐年上升,必将成为一大社会公共卫生问题。骨关节炎发病机制复杂,中药因其多成分、多途径、多靶点的特点在治疗骨关节炎方面具有巨大潜力。大量研究表明中医药可通过调节NF-κB信号通路抑制炎症反应、氧化应激、基质降解、细胞凋亡等治疗骨关节炎。本文综述了中医药通过NF-κB通路治疗骨关节炎的研究进展,以期为未来的基础和临床研究提供参考。 |

With the progress of global aging, the incidence rate of osteoarthritis is also increasing year by year, which will become a main social and public health problem. The pathogenesis of osteoarthritis is complex. Traditional Chinese medicine has great potential in the treatment of osteoarthritis because of its multi-component, multi-channel and multi target characteristics. Numerous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can regulate NF- κ B signaling pathway inhibits inflammatory response, oxidative stress, matrix degradation, cell apoptosis and so on to treat osteoarthritis. This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine regulate NF-κB signaling pathway in the treatment of osteoarthritis, which expecting to provide reference for future basic and clinical research. |
