鸢尾素是2012年发现的一种肌源性因子,体内外实验表明鸢尾素能够作用于成骨细胞、破骨细胞和骨细胞,影响其增殖、分化或凋亡,对于骨的生长发育和骨稳态具有重要作用。骨组织来源的鸢尾素对骨组织的作用丰富了对这一传统肌源性因子作用的认识。运动对于骨代谢具有积极作用,鸢尾素的合成受运动影响,运动引起骨密度发生改变与鸢尾素密切相关,提示鸢尾素可能是运动改善骨代谢的媒介之一。本文以“irisin, bone metabolism, exercise”为检索词,检索2010 至2023 年PubMed, Web of Science等数据库文献。经过整理分析综述了鸢尾素对于骨的作用,以及运动与鸢尾素、骨代谢之间关系的研究进展。 |

Irisin is a myokine discovered in 2012. In vivo and in vitro experiments have shown that irisin acts on proliferation, differentiation or apoptosis of osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and osteocytes, as well as on bone growth, development, and bone homeostasis. The effect of irisin derived from bone tissue on itself has enriched the role of this traditional myokine. Exercise has a positive effect on bone metabolism. The synthesis and secretion of irisin are closely related to exercise. The alteration of bone mineral density caused by exercise is closely correlated with irisin, indicating that irisin may be one of mediators to modulate bone metabolism through exercise. In this article, irisin, bone metabolism, and exercise were used to retrieve literature in PubMed and Web of Science database from 2010 to 2023. After sorting and analysis, we review the effects of irisin on bone metabolism, as well as the research progress in the relationship among exercise, irisin, and bone metabolism. |
