      骨细胞是一种古老的细胞,常作为一种机械传感细胞和内分泌细胞被研究。骨细胞被包埋在坚硬的矿化环境中,周围是细胞外液,细胞外液的流动对骨细胞的树突和胞体产生剪切应力,并被骨细胞感知,诱导其产生信号,作用于成骨细胞和破骨细胞,进而影响骨重塑。机械加载和卸载可调节骨细胞多种信号通路并释放信号分子。因此,骨细胞被认为是机械刺激作用于骨骼进而影响骨形成和/或骨吸收的重要效应细胞。在本文中,我们归纳了机械刺激对骨细胞的作用及其与成骨细胞和破骨细胞相互作用的分子机制,目的在于理解机械刺激是如何通过骨细胞调控骨重塑的。
英文摘要:
      Osteocytes are ancient cells that are often studied as mechanical sensing cells and endocrine cells. Osteocytes are embedded in a hard mineralized environment surrounded by extracellular fluid. The flow of extracellular fluid generates shear stress on the dendrites and cell bodies of Osteocytes, and is sensed by osteocytes to induce signals that act on osteoblasts and osteoclasts, thereby affecting bone remodeling. Mechanical loading and unloading affect the signaling pathways and modulate the release of signaling molecules from osteocytes. Therefore, osteocytes are considered to be important effector cells that exert mechanical stimulation on the bone and thus affect bone formation and/or bone resorption. In this paper, we summarize the effect of mechanical stimulation on osteocytes and the molecular mechanism of its interaction with osteoblasts and osteoclasts, aiming to understand how mechanical stimulation regulates bone remodeling through osteocytes.
