According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, that the liver hosts the dispersing and discharging functions and plays a key role in smoothing and regulating emotions is a very important physiological function of the liver, and bad emotional factors will affect the liver and other viscera, thereby causing or aggravating osteoporosis. With the increase of population aging, osteoporosis is one of the common diseases in the elderly, and the number of patients has also increased significantly. Psychological diseases caused by emotional factors, such as depression and anxiety, have attracted people's attention. Emotional diseases and osteoporosis are common diseases in the elderly population, and the etiology and pathogenesis of the two have a certain correlation, so the intervention of the two at the same time will produce positive benefits. Based on the theory of "liver-dominant and cathartic regulation of emotions", this paper searched domestic and foreign literature through CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and combined with domestic and foreign research, and found that there was a close relationship between emotional factors and the function of liver-dominant and cathartic regulation. The normal function of the liver is helpful to regulate the emotions, make the qi unobstructed, qi and blood unblocked, and the five zang organs can be rustled, so that the bone protects the internal organs and supports the normal function of the body, which has positive significance for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. This article preliminarily discusses the relationship between emotional factors and osteoporosis, and provides some prevention and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of osteoporosis. |
