| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是常见的骨骼疾病，其主要特征是骨组织显微结构的破坏和骨密度的降低。树突状细胞、NK细胞、淋巴细胞等先天免疫细胞和适应性免疫细胞与骨细胞发生相互关联作用，参与调节炎症反应和免疫调节过程，影响了OP的发生发展。研究分别系统梳理先天和适应性免疫细胞主要通过产生各种因子和其他免疫细胞相互作用直接或间接介导的炎症反应作用于骨代谢的机制，以期为OP的防治提供参考。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a common bone disease characterized by the destruction of bone microstructure and the decrease of bone density. Dendritic cells, NK cells, lymphocytes and other innate immune cells and adaptive immune cells interact with bone cells, participate in the regulation ofinflammatory response and immune regulation, and affect the occurrence and development of OP. Thisstudy systematically sorted out the mechanism of innate and adaptive immune cells acting on bone metabolism by directly or indirectly mediating the inflammatory response through the interaction of various factors and other immune cells, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of OP. |
