      白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RES)具有多种药理活性,是一种天然植物抗毒素多酚,主要通过Sirt1蛋白介导FoxO3a蛋白、NF-κB/RANKL信号,Wnt/β-catenin、PI3K/AKT、MAPK信号通路、雌激素受体、AMPK、氧化应激反应影响成骨细胞分化,抑制破骨细胞生成,改善骨关节组织结构及机体骨质流失,改善骨质疏松,保护骨骼健康。白藜芦醇增加了老年人和绝经后人群的骨骼生长,减少骨质流失,未来可能成为治疗骨质疏松的新型潜力药物。该文通过CNKI、中华医学期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science数据库检索最近10年关于RES防治OP的文献报道,多方面对RES防治OP的作用机制作一综述,以期为白藜芦醇在未来临床中的应用提供新的思路和方向。

      Resveratrol(RES)has a variety of pharmacological activities. Resveratrol is a natural plant antitoxin polyphenol, which mainly mediates FoxO3a protein and NF- κB/RANKL signal through Sirt1 protein. Wnt/ β-catenin, PI3K/AKT, MAPK signal pathway, estrogen receptor, AMPK and oxidative stress affect osteoblast differentiation, inhibit osteoclast formation, improve bone joint tissue structure and bone loss, improve osteoporosis and protect bone health. Resveratrol increases bone growth and reduces bone loss in the elderly and postmenopausal people. It may be a new potential drug for the treatment of osteoporosis in the future. In this paper, CNKI, Chinese Medical Journal full-text Database, WANFANG DATE, PubMed and Web of Science databases were used to search the literature reports on the prevention and treatment of OP by RES in the last 10 years, and the mechanism of RES in preventing and treating OP was reviewed in many aspects, in order to provide new ideas and directions for the clinical application of resveratrol in the future.
