      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是中老年多发的全身性骨病,基于医学影像的早期筛查可提高OP诊断率和治疗率。影像组学是一种新兴的数字医学技术,通过机器学习深度挖掘医学影像特征数据,可对疾病进行定量分析、诊断和评估,早期研究以肿瘤疾病为主。近年来,随着慢病风险预测的不断发展,其逐步应用于骨密度预测、OP筛查、骨微结构分析、骨质疏松性骨折预测及诊断等方面,笔者将基于影像组学在OP中的相关应用进行综述,以期为OP的早期诊治提供定量的影像学参考。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a common systemic bone disease in the middle-aged and elderly. Early screening based on medical images can improve the diagnosis and treatment rate of OP. Radiomics is a new digital medical technology that can be used to quantitatively analyze, diagnose and evaluate diseases through deep mining medical image feature data through machine learning. In recent years, with the continuous development of risk prediction of chronic disease, it has been gradually used in bone mineral density prediction,OP screening, bone microstructure analysis, prediction and diagnosis of osteoporotic fracture, etc. This article will review the relevant applications of radiomics in OP, in order to provide quantitative imaging references for the early diagnosis and treatment of OP.
