补体系统是免疫系统中的重要组成部分,与骨骼系统之间存在密切联系,在骨的发育、骨代谢平衡的维持以及骨折的愈合中起着重要的调节作用。骨代谢是一个动态的生理过程,该过程主要取决于破骨细胞介导的骨吸收和成骨细胞介导的骨形成之间的平衡。近几年最新研究发现补体C3与骨代谢之间存在密切关系。补体C3是3条补体激活途径的交汇枢纽,在补体系统中发挥着重要作用。该文旨在综述补体C3在骨代谢领域中的最新研究进展,以期为骨代谢疾病的防治提供新思路。 |

The complement system is an important component of the immune system,which has a close connection with the skeletal system,and plays an important regulatory role in the development of bone,the maintenance of bone metabolic balance,and the healing of fractures. Bone metabolism is a dynamic physiological process that depends primarily on the balance between osteoclast-mediated bone resorption and osteoblast-mediated bone formation. In recent years,recent studies have found a close relationship between complement C3 and bone metabolism. Complement C3 is the intersection hub of three complement activation pathways and plays an important role in the complement system. This paper aims to review the latest research progress of complement C3 in the field of bone metabolism,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolic diseases. |
