| 骨质疏松症是以骨骼微环境中成骨细胞活性降低，骨髓脂肪过度发育以及破骨细胞过度活化为特征的代谢性骨疾病。骨质疏松症发生与多种遗传基因的调控有关，表观遗传学机制发挥重要作用。目前已有多项实验表明中医药通过影响表观遗传机制进而影响骨质疏松症的发生发展。笔者通过对相关文献进行综述，对表观遗传学机制与骨质疏松症的关系以及中医药干预表观遗传学机制防治骨质疏松的研究进行总结性梳理，以期为临床中医药治疗骨质疏松提供一定的思路及借鉴。 |

| Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease characterized by reduced osteoblast activity in the bone microenvironment, excessive development of bone marrow fat, and excessive activation of osteoclasts. The occurrence of osteoporosis is related to the regulation of many genetic genes. Epigenetic mechanism plays an important role. At present, many experiments have shown that traditional Chinese medicine affects the occurrence and development of osteoporosis by influencing the epigenetic mechanism. By reviewing relevant literature, the author summarizes the relationship between epigenetics and osteoporosis as well as the studies on TCM intervention of epigenetic mechanism to prevent and cure osteoporosis, in order to provide certain ideas and references for clinical TCM treatment of osteoporosis. |
