骨质疏松症是一种表现为骨密度减少、骨骼结构受损,导致易碎和骨折风险上升的全身性骨骼疾病。骨质疏松症可以在各个年龄段发病,但老年人中的患病率则远高于中青年人。铁是人体生存的必要微量元素,它的代谢过程会对机体的平衡产生影响,并同时参与了机体的老化过程。研究发现,铁与影响骨质生成和吸收的成骨细胞及破骨细胞密切相关。该文将从铁死亡中的GPX4-GSH所组成的抗氧化系统的角度分析其对骨质疏松潜在的影响,旨在揭示其在骨质疏松领域的巨大潜力,为临床打开骨质疏松治疗新视野,以期能尽量避免因骨质疏松所导致的低质量生活。 |

Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder characterized by reduced bone density,compromised bone structure,leading to increased fragility,and elevated risk of fractures. Osteoporosis can occur at any age,but the prevalence is much higher in the elderly compared to young and middle-aged individuals. Iron is an essential trace element for human survival,and its metabolic processes can impact the body's balance while also participating in the aging process. Research has found a close correlation between iron and osteoblasts and osteoclasts,which influences bone formation and absorption. This article aims to analyze the potential impact of the antioxidant system composed of GPX4-GSH in iron metabolism on osteoporosis. The goal is to uncover its significant potential in the field of osteoporosis,opening new perspectives for the clinical in osteoporosis treatment,with the hope of minimizing the impact of osteoporosis on overall quality of life. |
