| 骨质疏松为后ART时期艾滋病常见的一种并发症,对患者生存质量产生严重影响。“骨肉不相亲”理论出自《内经》,是对脾肾功能失调,肌骨失养,骨枯肉痿状态的病理论述。基于该理论从脾肾探讨艾滋病合并骨质疏松的病机与防治,认为毒邪伤脾,运化失司、脾病及肾,精伤髓减、内外合邪,虚瘀并存为主要病机。在中医标本兼治,治病求本原则的指导下,提出减毒祛邪、健脾补肾,行气活血、未病先防,养骨固本的防治策略,以期为艾滋病合并骨质疏松的病机与防治提供新思路。 |

| Osteoporosis is a common complication of AIDS in the post-ART period, which has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. The theory of "incompatibility between flesh and blood" comes from the " Huangdi Neijing ", which is a pathological discussion of spleen and kidney dysfunction, musculoskeletal dystrophy, and bone withering and fleshy state. Based on this theory, the pathogenesis and prevention of AIDS complicated with osteoporosis were discussed from the spleen and kidney, and it was believed that the main pathogenesis was the injury of poison and evil to the spleen, loss of transport, spleen disease and kidney, sperm injury and medullary reduction, internal and external evil, and the coexistence of deficiency and stasis. Under the guidance of the principle of treating both the symptoms and the root causes of traditional Chinese medicine, the prevention and treatment strategies such as reducing toxin and eliminating evil, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, promoting qi and activating blood, preventing disease before disease, and nourishing bone and consolidating the root are put forward, in order to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis and prevention of AIDS complicated with osteoporosis. |
