目的 评估氧化平衡评分(OBS)与肌少症之间的关系。方法 基于2011年至2018年美国国家卫生和营养检查调查数据库中的8 156名参与者的数据进行分析。OBS根据16项饮食因素和4项生活方式因素综合计算而来,肌少症通过四肢骨骼肌质量与身体质量指数的比值判定。采用加权多因素Logistic回归分析和限制性立方样条图探讨OBS与肌少症之间的关系。采用亚组分析探究性别对二者的影响。结果 在所有参与者中,OBS、饮食OBS、生活方式OBS与肌少症之间呈负相关。与最低四分位数组相比,OBS、饮食OBS和生活方式OBS的最高四分位数组患肌少症的风险分别降低了69 % [0.31 (0.21, 0.47)], 56 % [0.44 (0.30, 0.63)] 和64 % [0.36 (0.24, 0.53)]。限制性立方样条图进一步显示了OBS、饮食OBS和生活方式OBS与肌少症的非线性关系。结论 OBS与肌少症呈负相关,提示坚持抗氧化饮食和生活方式有助于预防肌少症。 |

Objective To evaluating the relationship between oxidation balance score (OBS) and sarcopenia. Methods The analysis was based on data from 8,156 participants from the 2011-2018 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in the United States. OBS was calculated comprehensively based on 16 dietary factors and 4 lifestyle factors. Sarcopenia was determined by the ratio of appendicular skeletal muscle mass to body mass index. Weighted multivariate logistic regression analysis and restricted cubic splines were used to explore the relationship between OBS and sarcopenia. Subgroup analyses were used to explore the effect of gender on both. Results Among all participants, OBS, dietary OBS, and lifestyle OBS were negatively associated with sarcopenia. Compared to the lowest quartile group, the highest quartile group of OBS, dietary OBS, and lifestyle OBS had the risk of sarcopenia reduced by 69% [0.31 (0.21, 0.47)], 56% [0.44 (0.30, 0.63)], and 64% [0.36 (0.24, 0.53)] respectively. Restricted cubic splines further demonstrated the nonlinear relationship between OBS, dietary OBS, and lifestyle OBS with sarcopenia. Conclusion The negative association between OBS and sarcopenia suggested that adhering to an antioxidant-rich diet and lifestyle may help prevent sarcopenia. |
