| 糖尿病性骨质疏松症是指由糖尿病引起的骨代谢紊乱，导致骨质疏松的疾病。本病属于继发性骨质疏松症，是糖尿病的常见并发症，严重影响患者的生活质量。糖尿病性骨质疏松症病性为本虚标实，本虚以肾虚为主，和肝脾不足有关，标实则多见痰湿、瘀血、毒邪为患，存在“早期病本为虚，中期因虚致实，晚期虚实错杂”的病机演变规律。故临床治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症时，分早期、中期、和晚期进行论治，早期补虚以补肾为主、巧配熟地可养精固本，中期补虚基础上妙用药对化痰祛瘀，晚期在补虚基础上用虫类药物通络去毒，以达到扶正祛邪、标本兼顾的目的，从而提高糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的生活质量。 |

| Diabetic osteoporosis is a disorder of bone metabolism caused by diabetes mellitus, resulting in osteoporosis. It is a secondary osteoporosis, a common complication of diabetes mellitus, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Diabetic osteoporosis is a disease of deficiency and solidity, with kidney deficiency being the main deficiency and related to the deficiency of liver and spleen, and phlegm-dampness, blood stasis and toxicity being the most common symptoms of diabetic osteoporosis, and there exists a disease mechanism evolution law of "early disease is deficiency, mid-term deficiency leads to solidity, and late deficiencies and solidities are mixed". Therefore, in the clinical treatment of diabetic osteoporosis, it is divided into early, middle, and late treatment, early tonifying the deficiency to tonify the kidney, and skillfully matching with ripened land to nourish essence and consolidate the essence, middle tonifying the deficiency on the basis of the wonderful use of medicines to eliminate phlegm and dispel blood stasis, and in the late stage of the disease on the basis of tonifying the deficiency to use insect drugs to pass through the collaterals to remove the toxins, in order to achieve the purpose of supporting the positive and eliminating the evil, and taking the symptoms into account, so as to improve the quality of life of the patients with diabetic osteoporosis. |
