| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是临床常见的骨骼疾病，特征是骨量减少与骨组织的微结构恶化，骨稳态破坏而导致骨折风险增加。T细胞作为一种免疫细胞，是骨稳态的主要参与者，随着人们对于骨与免疫系统之间联系的深入了解，越来越多观点认为T细胞在OP发展中起着重要作用。T细胞通过与骨组织细胞的直接接触或者旁分泌机制，以参与调控骨稳态，与OP密切相关。目前已有研究证实中医药能够通过调控T细胞以减少骨量丢失、维持骨稳态，在治疗OP方面效果明显。本文以T细胞与OP相关性及基于T细胞运用中医药防治OP作一综述，为中医药治疗OP带来新的机会和途径。 |

| Osteoporosis（OP）is a common clinical skeletal disease. It is characterized by the deterioration of bone mass and the micro -structure of the bone tissue, and the bone stabilization is damaged and the risk of fracture is increased. As a kind of immune cells, T cells are the main participants in bone steady state. With the in -depth understanding of people's connection between bone and immune systems, more and more views believe that T cells play an important role in OP development. T cells through direct contact or side secretion mechanisms with osteo tissue cells to participate in regulating bone stability and closely related to OP. At present, studies have confirmed that Chinese medicine can regulate T cells to reduce bone loss and maintain bone stability, and the effect is obvious in terms of OP. This article uses the correlation between T cells and OP and the use of T cells based on the use of Chinese medicine to prevent and control OP as a review, bringing new opportunities and ways to the treatment of Chinese medicine for OP. |
