      肠道屏障功能和完整性对维持机体健康至关重要,已成为影响骨代谢疾病发展的潜在因素。肠道屏障功能受到多种机制的调节,其改变已被证明与骨代谢疾病相关。病原体、外源性刺激物质和某些食物会通过影响肠道微生物、肠粘膜完整性、肠道通透性等途径破坏肠道屏障,促进全身炎症,造成机体免疫功能失常、组织损伤。肠道屏障功能障碍引起肠道通透性增加,增加的肠道通透性可以增强全身炎症,改变肠道免疫功能,从而影响骨代谢。保持肠道屏障功能的完整性已被认为是治疗骨代谢疾病的靶点。本文旨在阐明肠道屏障功能与骨代谢之间的关系。通过概述骨重塑过程、肠道屏障与骨代谢关系、肠道微环境与骨代谢,强调了肠道屏障对骨代谢的重要性。

      The function and integrity of intestinal barrier are critical for maintaining the health of body. Intestinal barrier dysfunction has emerged as a potential factor influencing the development of bone metabolic diseases. Intestinal barrier function is regulated by a variety of mechanism. The alterations in intestinal barrier function have been shown to be associated with bone metabolic diseases. Pathogens, exogenous irritants, and certain foods disrupt the intestinal barrier by affecting gut microbiota, intestinal mucosal integrity, and intestinal permeability, promote systemic inflammation, and cause malfunction of the body's immune system and tissue damage. Intestinal barrier dysfunction causes increased intestinal permeability. Increased intestinal permeability enhances systemic inflammation and alters intestinal immune function, thereby affecting bone metabolism. Maintaining the integrity of intestinal barrier function has been recognized as therapeutic targets for bone metabolic diseases. The aim of this review is to elucidate the relationship between intestinal barrier function and bone metabolism. The importance of the intestinal barrier for bone metabolism is highlighted by outlining the process of bone remodeling, the relationship between the intestinal barrier and bone metabolism, and finally by addressing the gut micro-environment and bone metabolism.
