      骨质疏松症是成骨、破骨稳态失衡,骨基质矿化能力减弱的一种骨骼代谢疾病,患病人群逐年增多。CRISPR/Cas9技术可以在细胞及动物层面进行基因改造,为骨质疏松症领域的研究带来便利。本文就CRISPR/Cas9技术在影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞、巨噬细胞的功能以及介导Wnt、RANKL、BMP信号通路参与骨质疏松症发病研究领域的应用作一综述,为相关研究提供文献支持。

      Osteoporosis is a skeletal metabolic disease characterized by imbalanced osteogenesis and osteoclast homeostasis, as well as weakened bone matrix mineralization ability. The number of affected individuals is increasing year by year. CRISPR/Cas9 technology can perform genetic modification at the cellular and animal levels, bringing convenience to research in osteoporosis. This article reviews the application of CRISPR/Cas9 technology in influencing the functions of osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and macrophages, as well as mediating the Wnt, RANKL, and BMP signaling pathways in osteoporosis pathogenesis research, providing literature support for related studies.
