骨质疏松症(OP)是一种临床常见的全身骨代谢性疾病,主要由多种因素导致的骨平衡失衡或偏移诱发。大量研究证实,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),lncRNA XIST在OP的代谢失衡过程,如骨平衡失衡或偏移、软骨细胞增殖和凋亡、miRNA和蛋白质的相互作用等中起着关键作用,这可能是深入探究OP发病机制的新的视角。本文旨在综述lncRNA XIST与OP的相关研究,以期揭示其在OP发生发展过程中的关键作用机制,为lncRNA XIST应用于骨代谢疾病的临床治疗提供理论支持。 |

Osteoporosis (OP) is a common systemic bone metabolic disease clinically, mainly induced by the imbalance or deviation of bone homeostasis caused by various factors. Abundant research has confirmed that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), such as lncRNA XIST, plays a crucial role in the metabolic imbalance processes of OP, such as bone homeostasis imbalance or deviation, proliferation and apoptosis of chondrocytes, and interactions between miRNA and proteins. This may provide a new perspective for in-depth exploration of the pathogenesis of OP. This article aims to review the relevant studies of lncRNA XIST in OP, in order to reveal its key mechanisms in the occurrence and development of OP, and provide theoretical support for the clinical treatment of bone metabolic diseases using lncRNA XIST. |
