骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)是平衡成骨细胞与破骨细胞分化,促进骨形成的关键因素,在全身多个器官组织中发挥重要作用。BMPs家族抑制或促进骨代谢相关疾病的信号通路,调控骨发育、重塑,作为BMP信号通路中关键信号分子的Ⅰ型受体,骨形态发生蛋白ⅠA型受体(BMPRⅠA)的缺失与否对整个BMP信号通路有着显著影响。本文综述BMPR ⅠA在骨代谢调控中的研究进展,为后续BMPR ⅠA和骨代谢的研究提供参考。 |

Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) play an important role in many organs and tissues of the whole body, which are the key factors to balance the differentiation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and promote bone formation. BMPs family inhibits or promotes the signaling pathways of bone metabolism-related diseases, and regulates bone development and remodeling. As a key signaling molecule in BMP signaling pathway, the absence of bone morphogenetic protein type IA receptor (BMPRIA) has a significant impact on the entire BMP signaling pathway. This paper reviews the progress of BMPR ⅠA in the regulation of bone metabolism, and provides reference for the subsequent study of BMPR ⅠA and bone metabolism. |
