      目的 分析老年患者脑梗死后,骨质疏松与颈股动脉脉搏传导速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity,cfPWV)的相关性。方法 选取2021年5月至2024年5月在本院住院的老年脑梗死患者,共80例,统一进行骨密度测量,分为骨密度正常组(n=26)、骨密度较低组(n=30)、骨质疏松组(n=24),分析cfPWV和不同程度骨密度的相关性,以多因素Logistic回归分析老年脑梗死患者骨质疏松独立危险影响因素。结果 骨密度正常组、骨密度较低组、骨质疏松组患者骨密度(F=7.093,P=0.002)、骨密度T值(F=89.378,P<0.001)、cfPWV(F=4.590,P=0.014)对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且骨质疏松组骨密度、骨密度T值最低,cfPWV最快(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析法可知,老年脑梗死患者cfPWV与骨密度、骨密度T值间呈负相关(r=-0.859、-0.825,P<0.05)。经Logistics回归分析显示,cfPWV(P<0.05)是老年脑梗死患者骨质疏松的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 cfPWV与老年脑梗死患者骨密度、骨密度T值密切相关,且为骨质疏松发生独立影响因素。

      Objective To analyze the correlation between osteoporosis and carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity, cfPWV in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected for bone mineral density measurement and divided into normal bone mineral density group (n=26), low bone mineral density group (n=30) and osteoporosis group (n=24), and the correlation between cfPWV and different degrees of bone mineral density was analyzed. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of osteoporosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Results There were significant differences in BMD (F=7.093, P=0.002), BMD T value (F=89.378, P<0.001) and cfPWV (F=4.590, P=0.014) between normal BMD group, low BMD group and osteoporosis group (P<0.05). Bone mineral density (BMD) and BMD T value in osteoporosis group were the lowest, cfPWV was the fastest (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that cfPWV was negatively correlated with BMD and BMD T value in elderly patients with cerebral infarction (r=-0.859, -0.825, P<0.05). Logistics regression analysis showed that cfPWV (P<0.05) was an independent factor affecting osteoporosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction (P<0.05). Conclusion cfPWV is closely related to bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral density (T) in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and is an independent factor affecting the development of osteoporosis.
