      硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白(thioredoxin-interacting protein,TXNIP)因其独特的生理功能,已经被证明是糖尿病、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等多种疾病发生发展过程中的关键蛋白质。近年来随着对骨代谢研究的逐步推进,愈来愈多的证据表明在骨质疏松症的发生发展过程中,TXNIP通过其特有的硫氧还蛋白系统扮演着至关重要的角色。笔者综述TXNIP通过调节糖代谢、氧化应激、免疫炎症途径在骨代谢中所发挥的作用,以期能够为进一步阐明骨质疏松症的发病机制提供助力。

      With its unique physiological structure, thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP) has been proved to be a key protein in the development of various diseases such as tumors, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Recently, more and more studies have found that TXNIP plays an important role in the development of osteoporosis through its unique thioredoxin system. In this paper, we discuss the role of TXNIP in bone metabolism through the regulation of glucose metabolism, oxidative stress, and immune-inflammatory pathways, which is expected to contribute to the study of the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
