骨类器官是利用干细胞自组织特性,在不同环境下诱导种子细胞产生的3D骨微组织,能够高度还原体内骨微环境,并实现对骨组织结构与生理功能的模拟。随着骨类器官的研究不断深入,产生了骨形成、骨吸收与骨重建等不同研究偏向的复杂骨类器官模型,为骨质疏松症的疾病模拟、药物筛选以及临床治疗提供了有力工具,积极推动了骨类器官与类器官芯片、基因编辑等新兴技术融合,对骨质疏松症的研究有深远意义。因此,本文旨在介绍骨类器官的研究概况,深入探讨其在骨质疏松症领域的最新研究进展与应用前景。 |

Bone organoids are 3D bone microtissues generated by seed cells induced under different environments using the self-organizing properties of stem cells, which are capable of highly restoring the bone microenvironment in vivo and simulating the structure and physiological function of bone tissue. With the deepening of bone organoid research, complex bone organoid models with different research biases such as bone formation, bone resorption and bone remodeling have been generated, which provide a powerful tool for disease simulation, drug screening and clinical treatment of osteoporosis, and actively promoting the integration of bone organoids with emerging technologies such as organoid on-chip and gene editing, which have far-reaching significance for osteoporosis research. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to introduce the research overview of bone-like organs and to discuss in depth the latest research progress and application prospects in the field of osteoporosis. |
