      db/db小鼠是广泛应用于2型糖尿病及其并发症实验研究的动物模型,对评价新药药效及阐明病理生理学机制的研究具有重要的意义。本文通过检索中英文数据库梳理db/db小鼠的遗传背景和病理特征,并收集整理了以db/db小鼠为2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症模型开展的现代药物、中药及相关临床应用的基础研究,以期为今后本病的实验研究提供可靠的证据。

      db/db mice are widely used in the experimental study of type 2 diabetes and its complications , which is of great significance to evaluate the efficacy of new drugs and elucidate the pathophysiological mechanism of type 2 diabetes. In this paper, the genetic background and pathological characteristics of db/db mice were summarized by searching Chinese and English databases, and the basic research on modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and related clinical application of db/db mice as type 2 diabetic osteoporosis model was collected, in order to provide reliable evidence for future experimental research on the disease.
