| 骨质疏松性骨折是一种由于骨质疏松症引起骨量减少、骨微小结构破坏、骨脆性增高，而低能量暴力冲击即可引发的脆性骨折。其常好发于老年人群体。目前除了稳定骨折局部，并无更好的方案去促进骨折愈合。而近年来，以骨碎补总黄酮为主要成分的中成药强骨胶囊在临床上对治疗骨质疏松症和促进骨质修复具有良好的效果。同时，许多动物实验研究表明，骨碎补总黄酮在促进骨折血管生成，抗氧化应激和促进骨质修复方面有良好的效应。本文将从临床疗效和起效机制两方面来论述骨碎补总黄酮在骨质疏松性骨折修复的效应，以期为临床提供帮助。 |

| Osteoporotic fracture is a special type of fracture caused by Osteoporosis. It is characterized by low bone mass, destruction of bone microstructures and the increase of bone fragility under the impact of low energy violence, which often occurs in the elderly. At present, there is no better alternative treatment to fixation to promote bone healing. Recently, the Chinese patent medicine Qianggu capsule, which is mainly composed of total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae, has a good effect on treating osteoporosis and promoting fracture healing in clinical practice. Meanwhile, animal experiments have confirmed that total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae have good effects on promoting angiogenesis, anti-oxidative stress and promoting fracture healing. The article will summarize the clinical effect and mechanism of total flavonoids of rhizoma drynariae in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture healing so as to provide a new perspective for clinical practice. |
