      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的代谢性骨疾病,随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深,OP已经成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,且迄今为止,骨代谢紊乱的详细分子机制仍有待阐明。代谢紊乱已被发现能够导致多种疾病的发生发展,而中药单体被广泛应用于调节代谢重编程。最近的研究表明,部分中药单体可以干预代谢重编程,从而调控成骨细胞和破骨细胞主导的骨重塑平衡。笔者综述了代谢重编程与OP的关系,包括糖代谢重编程、脂质代谢重编程和氨基酸代谢重编程,并总结了部分中药单体在调控OP发生发展中的最新研究进展。这些研究旨在确定代谢重编程在预防和治疗OP中的潜在价值,并为临床中医药治疗OP提供理论依据。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a common metabolic bone disease that has become a global public health issue, particularly with the increasing aging population. Despite extensive research, the detailed molecular mechanisms of bone metabolism disorders remain to be fully elucidated. Metabolic disorders have been identified as contributors to the development and progression of various diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine monomers are widely used to regulate metabolic reprogramming. Recent studies have shown that certain traditional Chinese medicine monomers intervene in metabolic reprogramming to regulate the bone remodeling balance governed by osteoblasts and osteoclasts. This paper reviews the relationship between metabolic reprogramming and OP, including glucose metabolism reprogramming, lipid metabolism reprogramming, and amino acid metabolism reprogramming. Additionally, it summarizes recent research progress in the role of traditional Chinese medicine monomers in regulating the development and progression of OP. These studies aim to determine the potential value of metabolic reprogramming in the prevention and treatment of OP, providing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in treating OP.
